The workshop will train you to welcome your child's emotions and motivations, even the most difficult ones to hear. By helping them build a model, you will offer them a means of expression without fear of reprisals.
You may discover that their behavior was a reaction to an unmet need or poorly managed frustration. Once the situation is clarified, you can then work together on solutions, with mutual respect and understanding.
